A pale sun sets in a red sky; fire in the void
There is no beauty here on Earth
Where man made all things go to die
Black hole resurgence
My god, my god, why hast thou forsaken me
Reciprocity isn’t giving back what you want
It is giving what is asked of you

Holistic Worldview Trumps Divisionism
Fractured seeing becomes truth if you look small enough
The new world is dying out
The old world struggles to be born
Imagery like a phoenix rises from the flames

Pigeons return to doves; harbingers of new continuity
Empires fall, neon signs at the funeral dazzle

Lesson learned, billions dead, no way home
Forward looking, onward seeking
New sun sets on reasonable horizons

You can have it all: my reckless waste
But why would you want it?
Even now, even here, here at the end of all things
Refuse defeatist propaganda, be improbable

Refuse to learn to fly upside down
There is a world at the end of this world
There is a world at the end of every world
Do not rage against the dying of light
Use that new darkness instead to dream
